Scouts South Africa creates a yearly national challenge to tackle issues in the community. This ear it was based on the Champions for Nature initiative.

We wanted to raise awareness on the environmental issues in our community and we wanted to help the people who reside in our local nature reserve.

We as a scout troop identified the need to clean up the local nature reserve for the countless people that visit it and work in it.
