Health is much more than our physical state, and this is the time for you to explore everything about it. How you feel, think, move, eat, sleep, and interact with others determines your health and well-being.

If you’re curious about what a healthy relationship with food looks like, you’re in the right place. There are a plenty of activities you can choose from to earn your Nutrition challenge badge, and become a master at healthy eating habits, understand how nutrients impact your growth, and relate to people’s different nutritional needs.

Let’s be real, growing up and entering adulthood is not so easy - it comes with a whole set of new responsibilities and experiences! How incredible would it be if we had a guidebook and a toolbox to handle it smoothly? In the Mind Builders challenge, you can access and learn all the tools that help you become mentally stronger, more resilient, able to understand your emotions, adopt productive coping techniques, and become an advocate of mental health in your community.
