Wood Badge Course is supposed to be one of the hardest course in scouting. In Bhutan it is mainly focussed to train teachers so that they can spread their knowledge to many young mind. 

We had such training at Lampelri, Bhutan and I vounteered to serve as drill instructor to around 36 participants who are teachers of different schools. Moreover, we went before the training started and arranged everything for the program.
