In college of Science and Technology we the senior rovers do investiture ceremony for the new rovers mainly to welcome them over a tea, orient them about the rovering program and let them keep the promises to walk on with scout promises and law kept in mind in all the times to come. Moreover, we offer them with a scarf to let them continue scouting journey as rover and contribute to the community and nation as a whole.
