Seed Distribution Scheme

Our motivation was to help local communities grow their own vegetables and improve their nutrition through home gardening and healthy eating.
We distributed Malabar spinach (pui shak) and bottle gourd seeds among local indigenous families. We also showed them how to plant and care for the crops properly. Additionally, we explained the health benefits of these vegetables and encouraged them to grow and consume them for better nutrition.
Through this project, we learned how community engagement and simple awareness can create a positive impact. We also gained knowledge about seed distribution, basic cultivation methods, and the nutritional benefits of vegetables like pui shak and bottle gourd.
