On the joyes occasion of the birth anniversary of Third Druk Gyelpo, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, we cellebrate teacher's day which is on 2nd may. As of 2019 in Changzhu Primary School, we had scout's ceremony whereby 203 scouts including Coummunity based scouts of that locality made their pledges and promises infront of the chief guest and all the audience. They were awareded with the scarf and badges during that ceremony. This was initiated mainly to make every one feel the importance and values of scouting program and also to encourage them to continue being scout and other non-scouts to be a part of scouting program.
