The Private District (composed of St. Bernadette College of Valenzuela Students) participated in a once in a lifetime opportunity event that can be only celebrated in every 100 years. The said event was hosted by National Capital Region (Marikina City). The event was held in Goodyear Simedarby, Brgy. Fortune, Marikina City. The Philippine Scouting Centennial Jamboree was Held in 3 places. For Luzon in Marikina City, for Visayas in Cebu City, and Lastly for Mindanao is in Zamboanga CIty (wherein the Spencer troop in 1914 was created.
