23November, 2020 Plastic Tide Turner Challenge Badge Orientation Program Organized By Bangladesh Scouts Rajshahi District Rover. The program was inaurated by Dr.Muhammad Zahirul Islam Secretary Rajshahi District Rover.Rajshahi District Rover Scout leader Tariqul Islam Ansari was in overall charge of this orientation program. The orientation program was presented by SRL,SM Mustafizur Rahman. Rajshahi District Rover commissioner Prof.Dr.Md.Elias Uddin was present in this program. Md.Helal Uddin, Rover scout Leader of Rajshahi University Rover Scout Group. Conducted by the Social Services and Health Department of Bangladesh Scouts. Md.Golam Mostafa country director, Plastic Tide Turner Challenge Badge and Director of Department of Social Services and Health, Bangladesh Scouts has given a valuable speech about the orientation program on Plastic Tide Turner Challenge Badge.
