THE CALL OF THE TIME The day is founded as "Big Idea Day". It is now set to become an annual event for Rangjung Central School and grow bigger hereafter. Where students display creativity and innovations to address everyday issues. Indeed a desperate call of the time. The programme was graced by Dasho Dzongrab and take part by EMO, Gup, Principals, teachers and students of Bartsham CS and Dungtse CS and Parents.
