The third day of the series of the Webinars on SDGs was sharply started at 4p.m. on 9th June, 2021 with the prayer song. The Session was hosted by Mr. KV Deepak Kumar and Mr. CH Vikash. The Welcome address was given by Ms. MN Machamma mam, Deputy Director of Guide Leader Training. Following the speech of him all the participants received the blessings of our Chiefguest, the famous personality Shri. Jagadeesh Chandra Mohanty sir, IAS (Retd.), International Commissioner (Scout), and State Chief Commissioner of Rajasthan by his encouraging words. He shared the most important points on SDG and about the theme of the Webinar I am a Global Citizen. Next the Guest Speaker of the day Ms. Neha Shaw mam, Director and CEO of Dame and Earl LLP Co-Founder, Board of Directors – YSI shared her points on the “Role of Young People in Implementation of SDGs.”  She Split her contents into the categories of Understanding, Prioritization and Measurement. She also cleared all the doubts of the participants. After her session, Mr. Satyajit Chatterjee started conducting Slido online quiz by appreciating the winners of the first and second day of the webinars namely Ms. Dakshana Indhumathi, Maharishi District, Tamilnadu and Mr. Shashank Dwarakanath Murki, Bangalore South District, Karnataka respectively. After the quiz, Ms. Dimpy Talukdar from Assam presented her project of her service to the people. Then Mr. Pradeer Kumar Pradhan from Odisha presented his project on SDG no. 4 Quality Education. Next to the presentation, Ms. Himanshi Tomar mam, Project Co-ordinator explained about ‘U’ Report. She clearly explained what is U Report? , How does it work? How to become U- Reporter? . Participants are really benefited by the session. Finally the session comes to an end with the Vote of Thanks given by Mr. Arup Sarkar sir, Deputy Director (Scout) WAGGGS.
