All the schools need a trained scout leaders to foster the students' skills, values and knowledge to make a better person. Thus, with Bhutan Scout Association's (BSA) initiative to train all the teachers on BULT course on specialized curriculum starting academic session 2025, i joined Wangdue DSA in training 81 teachers with 10 student leaders and 5 resource persons.

The learning takes place in two ways: we teach them, and they teach us too. It was enriching experience to deal with different age levels from different backgrounds. However, we all had the same hopes and aspirations which made the program even more interesting. The learning never stops, and this was the attitude from all most all the participants.

The resource persons attended two days virtual zoom meeting organized by BSA and briefed on the packages that were to be delivered to the trainees during the 5 days BULT course. Further the Wangdue team discussed the packages thoroughly and prepared the lessons accordingly. The student leaders on the other hand worked very hard and were very helpful in delivering the lessons to the trainees.
