The Day 04 of the Webinar on SDGs was hosted by Mr. Saranraj and Ms. Dhruvi Patel. The events planned for the day progressed with the welcome address presented by Mr. S. S. Ray – ADNR. Ms. Amelia Swer, the Chief Guest, addressed the participants and stressed on what it means to be a global citizen and how one can work on achieving the goals of SDGs.

The first speaker of Day 4, Ms. Shweta Shinde, made a presentation titled “SDG Agenda 2030”. Her presentation outlined and provided insights into the components and importance of each of the 17 SDGs with glimpses into the evolution of SDGs. Mr. Anirudha Despande’s “Role of Young People in Sustainable Environment and Quality Education” encouraged the participants to think about the empowering role of technology in the journey towards the Global Goals.

The everyday quiz was conducted by Mr. Satyajit Chatterjee. It was followed by Ms. Sharmin Banu sharing about their project in Udupi District and how it contributes to the SDGs. The #YoungWarriors Initiative was introduced by Ms. Priyanka Prajapat to the participants who encouraged everyone to be a part of the movement. The Day 4 came to a close with Mr. Analendra Sharma’s (ADNER) expression of gratitude to everyone.
