Woodbadge Memories

Woodbadge Memories

33 Nachung Leaders from Western Regional took part in Woodbadge course at Dashiding School. The week long course was so engaging and I actively participated in the course. The resource persons were throughly expert in their own fields/lessons. The course included all the International standards of Woodbadge training. There were enriching activities: hiking, rope works, making tree houses, camping, songs and yells, and so on. From this course, I have learnt in depth about the rope works and their significance. Cooking using firewood under pressure of 1 hour was not very easy task. We had to get up as early as 4 am and sleep as late as 1 am during cold wintery weather. Team work with patrol members was key factor to win the points. At the end, most cherish able moments were earning the scarves and certificates from our course director.
