A total of 38 volunteers had volunteered for a 8 days long for the international conference (urban planning and well-being) at langchuphaka in Thimphu. A task involved of preparation of the hall for the conference by washing, cleaning, arrangements of the chairs and table.  And during the program task involved was the time keeper while presenters presenting their slides, passing of Mike to the audience if they have any questions or doubt related to the presentation, guiding the tourist, serving the meals and teas during the break to the 308 participants.
