The first week of the school for 2017 is started as the value orientation week. My team of 3 teachers facilitated on “Value Education”. The topics covered under value education were as follows: - Goals and Purpose of Life - Importance of value education - Harmony and Peace There were three sessions a day with each session of one and a half hours. The students were divided into 5 different groups and each day we presented to one group. Day 1- 65 participants (class VI A/B) Day 2 – 60 participants (Class VIII A/B) Day 3- 60 participants (Class VIII B/C) Day 4- 56 participants (Class VII A/B) Day 5- 58 participants (Class VII B/C) We used Kegan’s structure to present the topics. Every student took interest and paid full participation. Many value related games and activities were included. The participants pledged to apply their leanings practically in their life
