Association of Scouts of Montenegro during the summer of 2016. organized training for young leaders, which included Scouts for all over the country. The objective of this training was to prepare Scouts to become leaders and patrol leaders in their local units and how to succesfully implement the programme of Assoication of Scouts of Montenegro in their units. 

Second part of the project were mini grants for projects of local units, where the participants had the opportunity to show themselves how good they are in project management and also to leave an impact and promote Scouting in their local communities.

The results of this project are: improved image of Scouting in Montenegro and experienced young leaders that continued to volunteer in Association of Scouts of Montenegro and that are included in decision making processes of the Association.
