I am organizing to provide electricity and make necessary repairs to the hon. Lawrence's father's memorial special training school, Halpe Katana, provides education with minimum facilities. The project was carried out under the supervision of a scout leader with the hard work of a group of scouts, friends, and parents, and will provide an insight into the commitment and discipline of the teachers who teach children and families with these special needs about the problems they face.
