The Scouts of the World Award Team Cabanatuan City consisting of 15 pioneers had taken their voluntary service to two schools which were Honorato C. Perez Memorial Senior Science High School and Nueva Ecija High School under the supervision of their advisers Mr. John Paul V. Valino, Mr. Aldreneil R. Pacia and Mr. Shun Michael S. Villegas. Rover Circles United 08 had volunteered and participated in conducting the voluntary service of the team in both schools. The team conducted 8days of voluntary service, 5 days at Honorato C. Perez Memorial Senior Science High School and 4 days at Nueva Ecija High School , They alloted 9 hours each day for the service.
