Scouts live forever

My seniors advices motivated me to take up this project because being a scout we should always be ready to service our county and this project helped me a lot in gaining self confidence. The project really charged me up in my life .
The project was implemented at Paro dzong for about 5 days and firstly all the youth leaders of paro volunteered to do duty on Paro tshechu and there were more scouts how also volunteered to work the youth leaders at the dzong and we were about 500 ein total .Every school sended about 100 scouts at the dzong for helping the workers keeping the place clean.
There were many people,so it was really hard to find out the number. Seriously the work we did helped each and every one at the spot because the youth leaders were helping in crowd controlling and it became easy for the lama to give blessing to the people.
Everybody was happy with the work. It's really important to have good relationship with the volunteers to have a good result and we surely need quality leadership skills to lead a team .we had hard time fixing the reporting time for the volunteers.
