The Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Metro Manila East Council started the Department of Education's SY 2017-2018 with a notch! First day of class and scouts are on duty to serve and promote peace! The Outfit 039 of Sta. Elena High School promote peace through the service of hourly roving patrols around the campus since 5th of June marking it now, the last week of the first month of school. Sct. Ken Anthony Petalver, a first-aider helped a Senior High School student after it hyperventilated during it's PE class. Yours truly have helped school security forces in maintaining of discipline and character through Guidance Advocating both of Junior and Senior High. Sct. Francis Daniel Marifosque and Sct. Vince Garcia led the whole outfit/unit in servicing new students, especially those brothers and sisters who have enrolled themselves in the school, like the two sister Muslims from the Marawi siege. Sct. Pauline Mae Palma led the recruitment season for the Lady Scouting program. While yours truly, have served as a Course Commander during the Scouts' Orientation Courses held at 17th and 26th of June.
