The Bharat Scouts and Guides Himachal Pradesh started a project named Scouts Fight Against Corona under the guidelines of worthy State Chief Commissioner Dr. Amarjeet Kumar Sharma during Corona Pandemic. The project were officially started on 18th March 2020 and ended on 03 June 2020. Since being in the Management Team member of the Management Team of the project, I joined this project since day first. The brief Details of this project is as appended: In the Phase 1, awareness videos were published, selfies with handmade and digital posters were taken to make people conscious for safety of all from the Corona virus. In the Phase 2, registered to the U-Report social messaging tool (developed by UNICEF) and registered as BSG U-REPORTER and took the survey for Corona virus. The virtual meetings on ZOOM were started. The participating units competed with each other virtually through Power Point Presentations on COVID 19. At last, they registered on igot.gov.in and took the training course for volunteers prescribed by the Govt. of India. Spreading awareness by motivating people to download Arogya Setu. In the Phase 3, Unit Action Plan (what you will do after the lockdown during this pandemic situation) were taken by the participating units of this project. Also, Rovers and Ranger worked on SDGs individually. Nurses Day were also celebrated in between the project.
