*We know that we are on a global disaster. Covid 19 the global pandemic has shocked the daily life of us. The Kerala state has been under lockdown again since 8th May due to the raise in covid cases. Members of scouting we can ensure that the young rovers are engaged in various services. We, the 175th Wayanad Mafeking Rovers has been engaged in covid help services from 10th may on wards. During this pandemic period many people meet miserable life and problems. The rovers had started covid help desk at Wayanad DHQ with the help of district association. We focused on people who suffers in this period so we had all kind of services like community Kitchen which provided healthy food for the needy people, approximately 2000 foods have been supplied, 24/7 working Help Desk and Services, Counselling and Needed Aid for all. We also appreciate and thank all the rovers in Kerala State and our district association and cops who all supported and helped us to do so. Fourteen Rovers had included in this service with all covid precautions and it was with divided shifts to ensure the social distance. And we had also tried our best to modify our DHQ and its surroundings at free times. All rovers get back to the Homes after test covid negative certificate.
