About 15 took the initiative to renovate the stupa at Dorongthang which is half century old. It was initially built by religious scholar Sonam Zangpo. The boys removed the old plasters and kept it safely in a nearby place so that they can use it to make small stupas in future. Dorongthang nunnery was kind enough to provide us with lunch for the volunteers. The boys then wrapped up the work and came back to college by evening.
