THE BHARAT SCOUTS & GUIDES SOUTHERN REGIONAL HEAD QUARTERS REGIONAL LEVEL CUB BULBUL UTSAV The Bharat Scouts & Guides Southern Region conducted Regional level Cub / Bulbul UTSAV MIRS CAMP CENTER ( Maharishi International Residential School ) Tamil Nadu on 28th January 2016 To 1st February 2016. There are 160 Participants & 12 Staff members from Karnataka, Kerala, Southern Railway and Tamil Nadu. Shri.ArunaChandra Patar Assistant Director of Southern Region Head quarters was the leader of the Utsav.and invitied staff members from Kerala, Andhra pradesh and Tamil Nadu. UTSAVInauguration was started with traditional welcome followed by Cub Bulbul GreetingsShri. V. Sundaramoorthi, LT(C), SOC(S),welcomed the gathering.The Assistant director explained about the Utsav. Smt. Kalavathy, JSS, Tamilnadu was the Chief Guest. Shri.C. Ramalingam, District Commissioner, BS&G Maharishi District, Tamilnadu.realased the Centnenary Logo ofMaharishi District and received by Shri ArunachandranPatwar AD Southern region.Cultural programme from Karnataka , Kerala, Southern Railway &Tamilnadu was the highlight in the Inaugural function.The Guest of honour Smt..Jayanthi and Shri. Kesavan blessed the UTSAV participants with their valuable words.Mr.D.Poornachandran ALT(C) of Tamil Nadu is the Master of ceremony. Maharishi District gave Gift bag with scarf, woggle, 100th year Centenary badge ,pen ,pencil ,eraser, sharpner, notepad ,and calendar were distributed to all the participants, and Staff members of the Utsav. We had Greeting, Jungle dance, Tara Story, Drawing, PaperCutting, ModelMaking, Clay modelling ,Group song, Group Dance, Redflower/Kalarav, Outing, Utsav Mela, Sixcorner, BPSix,Story Telling, camp Tour. In India first time we have realised Utsav Patrika daily. On 30th January 2016 Shri Krishnaswamy Joint Director of Bharat Scouts & Guides India Shri Ramachandran State Secretary of Tamil Nadu BS&G Shhri K.K.Venkataramanan STC(S) of Tamil Nadu BS&G visted and blessed the participants. On 31st January 2016 we had our Validectory function Shri D.Poornachandran of Tamil Nadu welcomed the gathering. Shri.ArunaChandra Patar Assistant Director of Southern Region presented the brief report of the Utsav.Shri S.Namasiviyam State Treasure and District Chief Commissioner of Maharishi District was the Chief guest for the function he blessed and gave prizes to the winners.Smt.T.Moham SOC(G) of Tamil Nadu blessed the Participants. Shri.V.Sundarmurthy SOC(S) of Tamil Nadu rendered vote of thanks.
