3 days Refreshers Course from 31st March to 2nd April, 2017 at Dekiling Lower Secondary School. The course was conducted in order to:  Update skills and knowledge on scouting program to the leaders.  Strengthen the relationship between the scout leaders and District Scout Association members.  Strengthen the scouting movement and increase the enrollment of student scouts.  Create an account in scout.org and be the member of Messengers of Peace (MOP).  To exchange views and share innovative ideas amongst the leaders.  Create conducive scouting Program in the Dzongkhag (District) and motivate young scouts and Nazoen/Nachung Scout Leaders.
