GENDER EQUALITY Gender equality, also known as sexual equality, is the state of equal ease of access to resources and opportunities regardless of gender, including economic participation and decision-making; and the state of valuing different behaviors, aspirations and needs equally, regardless of gender. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT Women's empowerment has become a significant topic of discussion in development and economics. It can also point to approaches regarding other trivialized genders in a particular political or social context. Women's economic empowerment refers to the ability for women to enjoy their rights to control and benefit from resources, assets, income and their own time, as well as the ability to manage risk and improve their economic status. OUR WORKS we choose the 2 yard named as parladka and kattataru in our COH meeting. we decided to start our gender equality service six month community development project for rastrapti scout award at near by our school ward.we meet the houses and collect information about Gender and Women Empowerment of their family. EXPERIANCE we enjoyed a lot. it is nice experience to us.in this reason we made community development project so we are inspire to make social services.
