Prefect Outbound Training
Leadership and the development of skills are necessary for the young generation, and team spirit and unity are important to a team. Therefore the Scout Troupe of our school organized an outbound training to the newly appointed prefects of our school.
This project was executed at our school premises, Under the leadership of our Scout masters. The prefects were grouped and they were given various tasks to complete as a team. Backwoodsman cooking, Making the tallest Spaghetti tower, Solving a puzzle along with a colorful Campfire were some activities done.
Through this, the young generation was able to develop their leadership qualities and skills, and also they were able to develop their team spirit and unity.
Through this project, the prefects were able to develop their leadership qualities and their knowledge and experience on backwoodsman cooking. They learned to work cooperatively as a team in order to win together.
