Plastic Recycling Awareness Campaign-2025
The campaign aimed to raise awareness about plastic pollution and promote recycling habits in our community to support a cleaner and greener environment.
Initiated by me, as a Former Senior Patrol Leader of BIAM Model School & College Scout Group, with support from Patrol Leaders MD. Ashraful Islam & Rafiqul Islam Uday, and Rover members MD. Raiyan Mollah & Umid Hasan from Samatat Open Scout Group. We distributed leaflets and engaged with locals across New Eskaton, Shantinagar, and Shantibagh from March 11–12, 2025.
We developed teamwork and communication skills while learning how to engage effectively with the public. The experience deepened our understanding of environmental responsibility and the power of youth-led initiatives.
