This Plastic Footprint shows our War on SINGLE USE PLASTIC : We togetherly explored ourselves that : How can we reduce our single use plastic & disposable plastic in our life & started getting others to do the same. Plastic Audit : Poly Bags : We completely give up the use of poly bags in our day to day life & inspiring others to do the same. Packed Drinking Water : We started to take our own Steel Bottle during outdoor activities. Plastic Straws : Unknowingly we used it Once in last 2 months. We get it from our school canteens . Once we use this we segregate it in bins through which it goes in hands of waste collecter. Balloons : We never used it in special occasions, instead of Plastic decorative products we preffer hand made products like paper Lanterns. Take Away Food : (Which comes with Single Use Cutlery) : We have been ordered :Veg Biryani & Ice cream (From Online Food Delivery) :once in last 2 month, We already segregated & sent it to recycling unit. Packed Food : We using it once in 2 month coz... Most of groceries comes in plastic packages which we can not avoid , but these waste we sent to segregation for further recycling process by district corporation_Udupi. Styrofoam Cutlery : We never use this , we left these types of cutlery in shops itself.
