After a week long preparation, Lautoka Ventures and Rovers went to Navua for the "Planting For A Peaceful Future" project. A total of 850 Rovers and Ventures participated in activities like Planting, Peace Talks, Hiking, Networking, Cooking, Handwashing, Mop Songs, Scout Songs, Camp Fire, Camp Fire Items, Camp Crafting, Using Nature in the right way, Peace Art Work and Team building.

We really enjoyed being one with nature. We managed to plant 500 trees around the area. It was really a fruitful project.
