Jammu, 13th February 2018 : Painting, slogan and essay writing competition were held at State Headquarters Gandhi Nagar, Jammu with the collaboration of Indian oil Corporation Ltd on 12/2/2018, in which 135 Scouts and Guides participated from 20 schools of Jammu district. The program was "inaugurated by Sh. I. D Soni, state Commissioner(S), J&K State Bharat Scouts and Guides and the members of Indian oil corporation. Smt. Usha Chuni, SOC (G), sh. H L Dogra,(Joint State Commissioner (s), sh. M M sharma, Assistant State Commissioner, Sh. R C Vaid Zonal Commissioner, S Harcharan Singh, Mrs. Manjeet Kour and Smt. Harvinder Kour were present on the occasion in connection with the conduct of test and formation of result. The aim of the Programme was to get the awareness in youth regarding the various challenges that youth are facing. The program was anchored by sh R. P kotwal, Jt. State Training Commissioner.
