Outreach Program: Supporting Students
Our Outfit Advisors had the idea to help the community, and where better to start, than with the "Hope of the Nation" as said by our Nation Hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal.
The project was first planned by our Outfit Advisors and was to be set at the Local High School, and then our Outfit Advisors went to collect solicitation funds in order to fund the school supplies and food that were to be given to the recipients of the outreach program. Once the food and supplies have been bought, the scouts of the outfit worked together in order to prepare, pack, and distribute the goods.
Our outreach program aimed to assist local students with school supplies that they can use in school. Food was also given and games were conducted ruing the program to lift the morale of the recipients.
This project thought the scouts the importance of giving and helping the people in our community by doing the best that we can.
