Our Waste Our Responsible.
A Guide was conducting a cleaning campaign all alone along the national highway from East to West covering all the districts. When he reached in my district, I along with 30 scouts and 19 adult scout leaders joined him doing cleaning campaign along 15 KMs.
On 9th October 2022, The man we call "Waste man" was doing cleaning campaign all along the highway that passes through our school. I gathered scouts and adult scout leaders to join him on cleaning campaign. we cleaned almost 15 kms with him. conducted awareness program to the community along the highway.
we have collected 2 truck loads of waste for disposal.
This projected benefitted many people traveling along the highways with fresh air. it particularly benefitted three villages, two monastic institutions and a school.
This project taught us to be responsible for our own waste. Manage our own waste to benefit the community at large.
