An Adult Leader 7 Day Training Course was held in Lautoka District (Western Part of Fiji) from the 16th of August to 22nd of August, 2015 in Qalitu Primary School where almost all the topics were covered for almost 14 hours each day. There were altogether 38 participants. Community Development, Environment Awareness, Sustainable Development, Outdoor Skills, Personal Progression, Service Work, Rights, Leadership Qualities, Life Skills and overall how to spread PEACE in Society was highlighted in detail with activities and hand-on-experience by the participants in Lautoka. I was fortunate to be one of the participant during this 7 days course.
