Ludoteca Scout Program is designed as an agent or integrator between communities and sectors of society of Villahermosa and Scouts groups for the promotion of Scouting with issues impacting the development of the whole child with characteristics of vulnerability. Mission Teaching children from vulnerable communities (Casa Hogar) through the Educational Objectives important issues such as Environment, Expression and Art, Children's Rights, Gender Equality. We generate a program supported by the State Government, through an institution that promotes the development of the Family, a program that promotes four key issues based on the 8 Millennium Development Goals, Children's Rights, Environmental Care, Equity Gender and Disability; Expression and Art. We apply the method obejtivos Scout and Educational and generate activities where children play and learn on their own experiences. Program participants are 30 children and adults that we integrate corresponsanles activities in order to generate commitment and strengthen the commitment to service. The approximate time is 6 months in the first stage, with the month of August 2013 an end of season. The activities selected schedule are generated every few minutes in the Home State Government, where children are in distress.
