It was Implemented in Monrovia at the National Headquarter
for the execution plan Scout, and Non Scout from across Monrovia gather at the National Headquarter participated in the Three days capacity Strengthening workshop phase 1- Section 1, later a National delegation consist of four men came from the Republic of Sierra Leone to conduct a National Leadership Training which lasted for three days.,
The Total numbers of Beneficiaries was 7,800 Scouts and Non Scout 5
The impact on community was that community member who was name as non scout was excited after they participated in the process and learned a lot from the various facilitators who tough on various topics which was important for the Youth and adults, most importantly many of those who participate agree go back home and share the knowledge of peace, Teamwork, crisis management with other.
During the project we learn how to management time properly and support our colleague when working together. In making it better we will improve in our working time.
