During the rover root program at Jigme Namgyel Engineering College two platoon which consist of 28 participants did white washing of the Stupa( Chorten) which  is located in the town below the college. We were given with the white paint and all other things were managed by ourselves getting help from the nearby shops. This is done mainly to spread spiritual and religious actions  and encourage young minds to continue rendering their efforts to make the nation beautiful by giving their best effort.
