Programme Branch of Scout Association of Hong Kong had an Annual Gathering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong on 13th June 2015. Commissioners and the Venture Scout and Rover Scout Council members were gathered together to share about the environmental change of the world and the needs of the Gifted and Special Educational Needs youths. Sharings from the guests speakers inspired us and goof for our Programme Planning in the future. We finally made a promise to be the Messengers of Peace in the Scouting Movement.
