Help as much as you can to the Community
I'm a new student at lamgong HSS and a trained Youth leader of the 16th leadership training conducted this year.The teachers of lamgong HSS motivated the volunteers to take up this project because most of the teachers at lamgong HSS are engaged in doing community service and this attracts more and more volunteers to volunteer in the community service programs.It not only motivates the students,it even motivates the people living out there.
The project was implemented at lamgong gewog near the lamgong town .The result at the end was fascinating each and every one of the volunteers were happy with the end result and the society had a new look towards the young volunteers
I really can't give the exact number how many people were benefited from the project because I am new at the gewong/ community and I don't know the exact number how many people were living in the community,it was a big community and the work done showed by the volunteers were fascinating and many people at the society appreciated the volunteers for their work and some shopkeepers provided refreshment for the volunteers.
It's hard to organize projects like this in a new community but if the people are willing to help, the result at the end always shows a huge difference in others mind set and while organizing projects it's really important to have corporation among the volunteers and to have good leadership skills to lead a project
