Hands to serve, hearts to care
The activity was motivated by the Scout values of service, discipline, and teamwork. The scouts aimed to help the community by maintaining cleanliness, supporting elders through clothing donations, and serving food with respect and care.
The service was executed through proper planning and teamwork. Scouts were divided into groups to handle waste collection, clothing donation, and food service. Reusable waste such as bottles and cans were collected for reuse, clothes were donated to elders with the help of Gola-Gola, and food was served to the community in an organized manner.
Through this service activity, Scouts learned the importance of planning, teamwork, and responsibility. We understood how proper waste management helps protect the environment, how donating clothes supports elders and those in need, and how organized food service promotes care and respect for the community. The activity also helped us develop leadership skills, cooperation, and a strong sense of service.
