“Green is the New Clean: Paper Bag Day Special”
My motivation behind organizing the World Paper Bag Day seminar was to raise awareness about the harmful effects of plastic bags and promote the use of eco-friendly alternatives like paper bags. With growing environmental concerns, it is essential to educate people—especially youth—about sustainable choices. This seminar aimed to inspire others to adopt simple yet impactful habits that can reduce plastic pollution and protect our planet for future generations.
On the World Paper Bag Day we conduct a seminar for the children to encourage them using Paper Bags instead of using plastic bags.
Through the World Paper Bag Day seminar, I learned that spreading awareness can lead to meaningful change when people are informed and motivated. I understood the environmental benefits of switching to paper bags, the importance of reducing single-use plastics, and how community engagement plays a vital role in promoting sustainability. The seminar also improved my communication and organizational skills, and reinforced the idea that even small initiatives can contribute to a greener future.
