Empowering Young People through Marketing jobs
I would like to empower my community as I have an opportunity to give some of the youths jobs and to change their livelihoods. I have also seen that bad governance is not sustainable within the community. I would like to spear head that the young minds are kept busy so as to focus on sustainable growth.
Umoja / Kikuyu/ Ngara areas. I managed to employ young people into various projects in the marketing field where they under took projects. Got paid and earned a living. They made a difference in their communities and families.
30 young people benefited by working under the marketing projects that we undertake. These has brought good impact to their families, communities and themselves as individuals.
Empowering young people is empowering the society and will need more such projects so as to impact more and to sustain more communities and families.
