The Dzongkhag Scout Conference was conducted for the following agendas:

1. The World's environment day plantation in the Dzongkhag coordinated by scout masters

2. Discuss on the Dzongkhag level waste management in the schools

3. Appointment of Dzongkhag Scout program committee, Planning committee, Treasurer and training committee in the Dzongkhag level

4. Scout exchange program with sisyer Dzongkhags

5. Scouts exhibitions on scout day(21 February) birth anniversary of 5th king

6. Retreat camp during the midterm vacation 

7. woodbadge training selection 

8. Way forward 

9. any others

The conference was conducted in Bajo HSS with 33 Participants(scout masters amd DCDEO, Wangdue) The discussion went very well and we have implemented almost all the points raised by the members.
