Do something which can benefit others

I really want to thank my volunteers and LT helpers , their energy and dedication towards towards my project was a really success and if we have the engery and dedication towards our work each and every project would surely be a success, so being a leader we should be learning and developing each and every skills which and be used in any situation. The trust and support from the community lead my project to the next level.Once a scout ,always a scout.
It was a 3 days work plan.We had 150 volunteers and LT helpers in total. We asked permission from the cheif DEO of education of Paro. The proposal was accepted. We gathered at the town plazer at 9 am for 3 days.In this 3 days plan we could help:1.Kichu lhangkhang2.Dungtshay lhangkhang3.Paro Rinpung dzong4.National Scout Centre5.Jawanap lhangkhang6.coordinated cleaning campaign from Paro town-Bonday town.We went to lhangkhangs because due to the natural disasters most of the lhangkhangs are damaged.
I can't give a certain number because all the people around Bhutan visits Kichu lhangkhang,Dungtshay Lhangkhang,Jawanap lhangkhang,Paro dzong and mostly people come to Paro for vacation. We cleaned the forest area too while cleaning the road side. The environment was cleaned and I hope people won't throw or dump their wastes in the forest side because we volunteers were struggling while picking waste from the forest. Most of the volunteers had small cuts on their hands and even on their face.
I had good relationship with each and every volunteers and the LT helpers so they were okay with what I suggested. If we want our project to be a success it's really important for the leader to have good leadership skills cause before saying a word I had to think 1000x times and its really important to take care of the volunteer's life.I need to analysis my plan properly to make my next plan to be better than this plan and ask suggestions from my LT mates
