Atiqur Rahman, Joint-Secretary, Sylhet Railway DistrictMr. Anisur Rahman Sarkar Ehiya, District Secretary, Bangladesh Scouts Sylhet Railway and Mr. Md. Subaktagin, Regional Secretary and Chief Engineer / East, Bangladesh Railway, Chittagong were present as the Chief Guest. Mr. Pradeep Kumar Naha, Regional Deputy Commissioner (Training), Mr. Nazmul Haque Titu, Regional Deputy Commissioner (Social Development and Health), Mr. Jeevan Kumar Sarkar, Regional Deputy Commissioner (ICT and Membership) also gave welcome speeches as special guests.
