A Community Development Project was conducted parallel to the Jamboree activities on 6th August 2014 from 9am to 6pm at St. Anne’s College Dummalasuriya. The 36 Scouts who took part in the community service project, renovated the Main Hall of the School including plastering the damaged wall, painting the walls, windows & doors and cleaning cobwebs & the environment of the Location. St. Anne’s College is one of the main schools in Dummalasuriya Village with more than 400 Students studying in the school apart from the 150 students who study in the Sunday school. The Community Development project uplifted the appearance of the location by the wonderful tasks took place.
