Scouts of Pemagatshel Middle Secondary School took the initiative to keep the surroundings clean at all times during the meonlam chhenmo(Religious activity), presided over by Je Khenpo. Although people have the knowledge of waste disposal but because of their carelessness tend to forget their responsibility. Therefore, we the scouts took the initiative to create awareness of "My waste, My responsibility" by cleaning and keeping the surroundings clean.
