Bhutan Scouts Association (BSA) conducts MoP along with Basic Unit Leaders Training Course for 635 Graduates

BSA with 72 Trainers conducted a massive Basic Unit Leaders Training Course with MoP module and better world framework for 635 Graduates of the two Colleges of Education. Two separate course were held in two different locations from 27 November to 1st December 2017. There were 283 participants at Paro College of Education with 34 Trainers. Samtse College of Education had 352 Participants with 38 Trainers. One was in southern part of Bhutan and the other in western part of Bhutan. A total of 707 people were involved in this massive course for BSA. A minimum of 9 hours were spent each for five days. It was residential course as per the standards of APR BULT requirements. 635 Graduate Teachers would go back to their respective schools and start scouting in their areas and enhance and promote scouting and encourage thousands to join the movement. These 635 participants shall have multiplier effect on MoP Initiative for Bhutan. The training was also highlighted and advocated by the broadcast media in Bhutan.
