The first ever Better World Framework Workshop, conducted by Lipa City Council, a seminar workshop about Peace Education, Environment Education and Development Education, the activity take place at Pangao Lipa City for three days, it convene 35 scouts within the council to fully equip of technical knowledge about MOP Messenger of Peace, World Scout Environment Programme and Scouts of the World Award. they undergo different experiential activities and service project on the said community. they undergo MoP Roadshow, Environmental Activity Project and participate in the Scouts of the World Discovery. and lastly they conduct Peace and Environmental Project.these 30 Scouts will serve as coordinators and support staff in every conduct of the said workshop.
