Basic Unit Leadership Training
I got call from a teacher who initiating this program to join the team to facilitate the training. since i have keen interest and potential in facilitating the program, I made decision to join the team.
The training was held at Phuntsholing middle school and I served them as a facilitator to do the drill instruction, teaching rope work, and scouting work.
There were 150 participants who are all teachers and this training would firstly help themselves to gain confidence and scouting knowledge and it would eventually benefit good numbers of students in their respective schools.
I got to built confidence to carry out similar projects in the near future. I would make it better by doing it for longer days and letting more numbers of participants to join the training.
